When we decided to move to Winter Park from Beaver Creek, we had no idea we were buying more than just a home — we were becoming part of a community. We purchased our home in Rendezvous, built by Koelbel, and from the very beginning, we were impressed by the communication, personal relationships, and genuine sense of connection established throughout the building process. What has been especially meaningful is that those relationships have continued well beyond receiving our Certificate of Occupancy. The home itself is exactly what we were looking for, both in terms of the floor plan and the quality of construction. But what has made Rendezvous truly special is everything that comes with being part of the community. There is such a wonderful variety of activities and opportunities to connect, from gatherings at the event center and rooftop get-togethers to the monthly Boot Camp lectures. These programs provide fascinating insight into Winter Park’s past and future, including topics ranging from the history of the trail system in Rocky Mountain National Park(which, incredibly, has a trailhead right outside our door)to discussions about the future of Winter Park. The entire Koelbel team has been warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in creating a strong community. The friendships and relationships we have developed along the way have continued to grow, and that sense of community has become one of the things we value most about living in Rendezvous.

I have always dreamed of owning a home in the mountains, and finding the perfect place in Rendezvous has made that dream a reality. Working with Koelbel to find and purchase my home was one of the best home-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone I worked with throughout the process was exceptional, making the entire experience seem seamless and stress-free. Although I’ve only been part of the Rendezvous community for six weeks, I’ve already loved getting to know some of my neighbors and discovering all that the area has to offer. From exploring the beautiful surrounding areas to enjoying the many local eateries, there is still so much to experience and discover. I couldn’t be happier to call Rendezvous home and look forward to creating many wonderful memories here with my family and friends for years to come.

Our home is beautifully designed and executed. Their process is informative, and Angela was a great and efficient communicator as we went through the process. The furnishings were well above expectations in content and detail. Professional walk-through was also helpful pre- and post-closing. Having been in the community, it was important to stay there as the amenities for owners are tremendous. We are happy to move but remain in Rendezvous!

There’s a lot to like about our new Rendezvous home in Winter Park, CO: - Without exception, employees throughout the company were phenomenal; Beth Allen (Project Manager), Trevor Corbin (CM),Thadd McLaughlin (after sales) especially stood out. - The trail system throughout Rendezvous was a large reason for our purchase and add greatly to the utility of our home. The ongoing maintenance is excellent. - The quality of the labor and the building materials is excellent. - Brand new Idlewild Park exceeded all expectations!

I could not be happier with my recently purchased Moosehorn Uphill Cabin. Being here as a full-time resident, quality of construction is of the utmost importance to me, and Koebel hits all the marks with my beautiful cabin! We are extremely pleased with our new home in Rendezvous. The neighborhood allows easy access to hiking and biking trails, Mary’s Pond, the bus system, and is also an easy walk into town. Our building process went so smoothly with the assistance from the sales team. They kept us informed, answered all questions within a timely manner, and were so easy and fun to work with. Our home turned out beautiful, and we have thoroughly been enjoying our time in the mountains!

We have owned 2 homes in Rendezvous. Our experience in the neighborhood has exceeded our expectations. The people in the community are as much of an amenity as the amenities of the community. We purchased a new build in 2022. Our house is amazing and our experience with the Rendezvous sales team and construction team has been great. They continue to be very helpful and attentive.
