The Applicant named below hereby requests a Reservation for Membership (“Reservation Request”) in Rendezvous River Club (the “Club”). This Reservation Request must be completed in full and returned to the Club for the Member to reserve their opportunity to review the full set of Membership documents and be considered for Membership after completion of all joining documents.
