Kephart: Everyone Deserves a Well Designed Place to Live, Work and Play

KEPHEART is thrilled to announce the recent grand opening of Rendezvous Center. Located in the heart of Winter Park, Colorado, the mixed-use space is part of the town’s initiative to further its growth, while also creating inviting places for residents and visitors to gather and make lasting memories. This space houses the town’s Visitor Center, Chamber of Commerce, and the Rendezvous Sales Center, as well as two for-sale flats and five townhomes. In 2019, the project won an HBA of Metro Denver MAME Award for best on the Boards Community.
