Being a Rendezvous Resident means more than just access to everything the surrounding area has to offer — we have also curated some incredible amenities for our homeowners.
Designed with inclusivity in mind, the newest park in Rendezvous welcomes people of all ages and abilities to take in the surrounding nature and engage in activities with others. Wheelchair friendly pathways wind through the park and a nature-themed playground offers a sensory-rich experience. Idlewild encourages friendships between children and promotes awareness and acceptance of diversity throughout the community.
Rendezvous Mountain Club is a private alpine club located in the Winter Park Resort Village, only steps from The Gondola, and conveniently close to the The Lift bus drop-off. The Club is owned and operated by Rendezvous and offers the following benefits:

Current plans for the Rendezvous River Club are subject to change as designs evolve. Prospective members will be kept informed as plans are refined and additional details become available.
Infrastructure work, including road access, began in fall 2025. Construction is planned to begin in August 2026, with an estimated opening in Fall 2027.
Availability of Membership Applications and supporting documents is anticipated to be the end of January, 2026.
The mountains around Rendezvous have trails for all ages and abilities. Everything from nature hikes to wild mountain bike rides or viewing our resident moose and elk. In the winter enjoy some of the groomed trails for cross country skiing. All other seasons enjoy our Rendezvous Trailside Wellness program that offers residents the ability to maintain a vital body, mind, and soul.
