The 2026 Denver Parade of Homes invites the community to explore the latest trends, innovative designs, and cutting-edge technology shaping new homes and communities across the region. This longstanding summer tradition, hosted by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA), returns Thursday, Aug. 6, and runs through Sunday, Aug. 23, 2026. For three weekends, home doors will be open for self-guided tours with flexibility for home enthusiasts to explore at their own pace and get inspired by the art of home design. The event is open to anyone, whether attendees are looking to buy a new home, planning a home project, or simply seeking inspiration for their own dream homes. Homes will be open Thursdays through Sundays from noon to 5 p.m.
Tickets are on sale now on the Parade website and on the Parade’s brand-new mobile app. Early bird tickets are $10 through Wednesday, Aug. 5, and $12 throughout the Parade. Kids 13 and under are free. A portion of every ticket supports Home Builders Foundation, a Denver-area nonprofit that builds independence and elevates lives for individuals and families with disabilities.
The 2026 Denver Parade of Homes will showcase a variety of new homes, from attainable condos, no-maintenance townhomes and paired homes to custom-built, high-end luxury, state-of-the-art homes, all for sale along the Front Range and in the mountains of Grand County.

Online and in person, Parade-goers will discover unique homes and floor plans, beautiful communities, the latest in architectural and interior design trends, cutting-edge home technology, exterior finishes and outdoor living, and landscaping that will inspire. The full slate of participating homes, builders, and communities can be viewed at ParadeOfHomesDenver.com and on the Parade’s new mobile app, where guests can plan their tour with the Parade map and turn-by-turn directions to each home.
