The River Club Membership Offering to Rendezvous Fraser Owners

Membership Opportunity:

As a Rendezvous Fraser homeowner, you are eligible to apply for membership in the Rendezvous River Club. Your reservation now will allow you priority access to formally apply for membership once the application and corresponding documents are available April 15th. There are limited number of memberships available for Fraser-based Rendezvous owners – reservations for membership will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

River Club Membership Summary:

• Up to 100 memberships are being offered to Fraser-based Rendezvous Owners
• Refundable Initiation Fee: $42,500
  • $10,000 payable June 1, 2026 upon owner review of membership documents, submittal of an application for membership and approval by the River Club
  • $32,500 payable 90 days prior to opening of the River Club planned for January 2028
  • Refundability: 80% of the Initiation Fee paid upon reissuance of the membership by the River Club
• Estimated Dues: $5,000 annually
• Membership Transferability. Upon sale of Rendezvous home: Rendezvous Fraser owners may transfer their membership to the purchaser of their Rendezvous Fraser property, allowing their purchaser to bypass any waitlist for joining the River Club (a great incentive to assist in selling your home)
  • Membership will transfer through the River Club
  • Alternatively, as a member, should you move within Rendezvous, you may keep your membership. The purchaser of your departure property may have the opportunity to join the River Club if memberships are available.
• Membership includes the member, spouse/significant other and children under 23 Extended family members will have limited access to the River Club based on time of year and facility constraints
